The law firm of FEINER WOLFSON LLC represents individuals and companies in the Connecticut state,  federal courts and Mohegan Gaming Disputes Court, arbitration proceedings and hearings before administrative agencies such as the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. These proceedings have included claims of discrimination, civil rights violations, wage and hour disputes, accommodation issues under disabilities law, and wrongful discharge.

The law firm advises clients regarding the entire spectrum of labor and employment statutes. We can assist with claims under the state and federal Family Medical Leave Acts, Americans with Disabilities, Age Discrimination, violence in the workplace, alcohol and drug testing, and wage and hour laws and regulations.

Through strategic thinking and planning, we help our clients minimize risk and exposure to employment disputes.

Our attorneys  rewrite or revise corporate policies and conduct internal audits of labor and employment issues. The firm  also conducts independent comprehensive investigations of sexual harassment charges against employees, including executives . Our employment attorneys also assist the corporate area in mergers and acquisitions. This would include developing executive compensation agreements, terminating employees, and preparing severance agreements.
